More than a hundred professionals linked to tourism and gastronomy gathered at the Miramar Palace for the “1st Conference on Tourism and Gastronomy. Eating, drinking, travelling”, organised by Donostia San Sebastian Tourism.

The aim was to analyse the current state of gastronomy from the perspective of tourism, reflecting on good practices and experiences that will enable the development of a future strategy based on quality and sustainable development.
