The 41st edition of the summer courses will focus on 8 major societal challenges that require greater attention today. New modes of governance, equality, digitalisationand mental health are the burning issues of priority attention. In addition to these, ageingand sustainabilityare consolidating their position as priorities for the future of our society. Without forgetting our classic axes such aseducation and Basque culture, which form part of the essential content of the courses. The impact of the war in Ukraine will be very present in the programme, as well as the evolution of the pandemic and its consequences, as cross-cutting themes that permeate the whole edition.
In this year’s edition, 154 Summer Courses have been scheduled to take place in different parts of the Basque Country, Navarre and Nouvelle Aquitaine. There will be 30 face-to-face courses, 120 mixed courses, which can be followed both face-to-face and online, and 4 live online courses. This edition will also include 20 conferences open and free of charge for all citizens.
