On 14 and 15 May, the Miramar Palace hosted the 4th Basque Multidisciplinary Symposium on Urological Tumours, a multidisciplinary event dedicated to the management of urological tumours, which brought together leading healthcare professionals and specialists in San Sebastián.

Organised by ASODON and featuring experts from various hospitals and research centres, the symposium offered a comprehensive scientific programme focused on the exchange of knowledge, clinical innovation and the analysis of real-life cases relating to prostate, bladder, kidney and penile cancer, as well as germ cell tumours.

The event featured presentations and panel discussions with specialists in medical oncology, urology, pathological anatomy, radiology, nuclear medicine, hospital pharmacy and radiation oncology, reinforcing the multidisciplinary nature of the gathering.

The programme also included a special session focusing on the application of artificial intelligence in genitourinary tumours, addressing how new technologies and AI-guided clinical decisions are transforming the future of personalised medicine.

With events such as this, the Miramar Palace continues to establish itself as a leading venue for conferences, scientific meetings and professional events at both national and international level in San Sebastián.
